In an interview on the radio series, On Air with Ryan Seacrest May 28, 2009, she confirmed that she will leave The Hills to play the lead role in their own reality-based series, The Audrina Show. Her last episode of the series was aired on 1 December 2009. While her new show, The Audrina Show will be produced by Mark Burnett.
On August 31 it was confirmed that Patridge would be participants in the eleventh season of the American version of “Let’s Dance”Dance with rivals such as BrandyBristol Palin and Margaret Cho.
On April 17, 2011 with the launch of Audrina’s reality show that will go on VH1. The show will be called Audrina, And will be about her daily life, the Hollywood life and her family.

Good for reality TV personality Audrina Patridge! She must have a great business manager. The question is how severely has she damaged her brand and her earning capability with her disastrous plastic surgery in 2011! She doesn’t look anything like how she looked on “The Hills” anymore at all! Audrina went through a drastic reduction procedure to start 2011 that left her flattened, sagging, with no cleavage or curves, a shadow of her former self. That extensive reduction hurt her own show “Audrina.” Her appearance was so dramatically changed it was if Audrina never appeared on the “Audrina” show. Consequently the show suffered disastrous ratings and was cancelled. Shapeless Audrina looks pitifully plain. She is in desperate need of some boost to her bust. The lift and support a good push-up bra provides would help restore Audrina’s brand but she refuses to employ the boosting lingerie for some reason. She still seems to get booked though. Her celebrity status would regain its stature immediately if she were enhanced or at least did something to help her appearance from the neck down. The “40 and flattened no cleavage” look she has displayed lately is not very becoming for the 26 year old and certainly not in keeping with her past financially successful brand image.
